  1. Price Terms & International Coverage All prices displayed on our website are EXW (Ex Works). We ship worldwide and can arrange delivery to any destination. For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or FOB (Free On Board) terms, please contact us at SALES1@ARTSTARHL.COM to discuss your specific requirements and receive a customized quotation.
  2. Order Processing Time

In-stock items: 1–3 working days

Custom logo samples: 20 days after artwork approval (depending on technique). 

Bulk production orders: Lead time quoted case-by-case based on customization requirements and order volume

  1. Shipping Methods & Transit Times We offer flexible shipping solutions to meet your business needs:

Sea Freight: Most economical for bulk orders (35–45 days)

Air Freight: Fast and secure for urgent orders (7–10 days)

Land Transport: Available for local/regional deliveries when stock is available in nearby warehouses (3–5 working days)

Express Courier: 10–15 calendar days from our main China warehouse; 3–5 days from regional warehouses where available

Note: Remote areas may require an additional 1–3 days for final delivery.

Sea freight: Major global shipping lines

Last-mile delivery: Local postal services or regional courier companies Custom logistics solutions available upon request for large-volume orders.

  1. Tracking & Order Management A tracking number and branded tracking link will be emailed automatically within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also monitor your order status through your customer account portal on ARTSTARHL.COM.
  2. Address Modifications Address changes are free of charge if requested before your parcel leaves our warehouse. Once in transit, carrier redirection may be possible but could incur additional fees charged at cost.
  3. Professional Packaging Standards Each ceramic piece is meticulously packaged for safe international transport:

Individual sleeve-wrapping in protective PE foam

Secondary packaging in 5-ply export-grade cartons

All packages clearly marked “FRAGILE” and “HANDLE WITH CARE”  

  1. Damaged in Transit Protocol If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days at SALES1@ARTSTARHL.COM with:

Photo of the damaged item(s) We will immediately file a carrier claim and ship a free replacement at no cost to you—no need to return the broken pieces.

  1. Lost Parcel Resolution A package is considered lost when tracking shows no movement for:

10 days (express/air shipments)

14 days (economy shipments)

40 days (sea freight) We will reship or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

  1. 10. Environmental Commitment All outer cartons and packaging materials are 100% recyclable. We encourage you to reuse or place them in your appropriate recycling stream.
